Eliza & Ben's Breezy Fall Wedding at the Pierce House in Lincoln, MA
Eliza and Ben, two Harvard grads currently living on the west coast, are adorably and entirely in love with one another. This was clear from the moment we first spoke with them and started learning about their wedding day plans, and seeing it come to life in front of us last Friday was lovely to say the least. Hosted at one of Massachusetts’ most beautiful estate venues, the Pierce House, Eliza and Ben threw a beautifully elegant black tie wedding amidst changing foliage and cool fall temperatures. The building itself, rich with history and years of use, stood brilliantly against the bright blue sky and welcomed guests into a lavishly autumnal atmosphere. Beautiful florals courtesy of Stitchdown Farm graced every room and adorned the wedding party with wonderful fall tones and the smell of a wood fire filled the halls. From the start of the day with the ladies getting ready in Concord, MA and the guys meeting up at Harvard Football Stadium it was clear not only how much love so many people had for these two but also exactly what their community of friends and family meant to them. Toasts at the reception praised Eliza and Ben’s dedication to each other as well as their friends and the outpouring of love was heartfelt and real. All of their painstakingly selected details, from the hand arranged flowers at the ceremony and cocktail hour to the live band to Eliza’s great grandmother’s fur stole, all came together to make the wedding day feel unique and at the same time effortlessly beautiful. We feel lucky to have spent such a beautiful day with such wonderful people and we’re so excited to share some of our favorite moments from this wedding.
