Jenna & Mike's Garden Party Wedding at Glen Magna Farms in Danvers, MA

Jenna and Mike’s wedding happened to fall on the perfect first weekend of summer: temps in the upper 70s, big puffy clouds racing across the sky, and a strong breeze that kept guests cool in the late afternoon sun. The season granted the grounds at Glen Magna blooms in every direction from the formal gardens to the wooded pathways snaking throughout the property. They brought in wild looking seasonally inspired florals and greens by Farm and Son to adorn cocktail hour and dinner spaces that juxtaposed wonderfully with the highly manicured gardens outside the manor. Jenna and Mike seemed in their own universe around one another, genuinely getting lost in each others’ gaze, giggling together at the absurd beauty of the day they’d planned from halfway across the country, and so incredibly happy to finally get to celebrate with their people. Guests laughed through the kind of toasts only a sibling can give, took in a candle lit dinner through blue hour, and were blown away by the live band ripping their dance set. Summer days like these, where the light lasts forever and the live music is actually so good we ourselves can’t stop dancing to it, are some of our favorite to document.
